The social network Instagram has promoted on its official page worldwide the event held this weekend at the Casa del Vino de Tenerife in which nearly a hundred users of this application, which allows sharing photos on social networks, participated.
The Tenerife Rural Foundation, Canarias Viva and the Casa del Vino itself organized a photo contest under the slogan ‘#Soy Rural’ for users of this network, which is used by more than 100 million people around the world, to offer their vision of the rural world.
Of the 350 images tagged, the organization selected 20 that are now on display at the Museum of Agrodiversity at the Casa del Vino, and the network’s official page has already been viewed by some 230,000 people.
The page has a direct link to the more than 200 photographs taken at the meeting held at the Casa del Vino. Participants in the contest had the opportunity to take a guided tour of the facilities and take photos of the sunset from the terrace.
