Cover the dough with baking paper and put weights on top, we can use dried chickpeas. Bake the dough for 15 minutes. Remove the chickpeas and the paper, let the pie cool on a wire rack.

I roast the pumpkin in the microwave, cut the pumpkin into pieces, place them in a pyrex container with a lid or cover with cling film pierced with a toothpick. Cook at maximum power for 12 to 15 minutes. Check that it is cooked. Drain.

Pour this filling into the baked tartlet and put it back in the oven for 50 – 60 minutes at 170ºC. Prick and check that the tart is cooked. If the tart has not yet set and the surface may burn, cover with a sheet of aluminum foil until cooking is finished.
